To Our Valued Customers

We are watching closely as the global situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve. We believe it is our role and responsibility during this time to prioritize two things: the health and well-being of our customers and staff while also playing a constructive role in supporting local health officials and government leaders as they work to contain the virus.
I wanted to personally reach out to you and provide an update on the actions that Nimman is taking to help prevent the spread of the virus and support the health and well-being of our customers, our staff and our communities. We have been in regular communication with all of our teams across our network around the following protocols that support everyone’s health:
  • Continual sanitation of all high touch surfaces in our restaurants including seats, tables, menus, pay pads, door handles, etc.
  • Reinforcing our already rigorous standards and operating procedures for food safety and personal hygiene.
  • Working closely with our delivery partners and our own drivers to ensure frequent hand washing, using hand sanitizer for every delivery and sanitizing their vehicles, payment devices, and delivery bags.
With the latest recommendation from Toronto’s Medical Officer of Health, we urged a step to increase the social distancing for public safety.  Effective Tuesday 17th March, we will only offer Take-out and Delivery service for both Lakeshore and Eglinton location, which we will be more than welcome and thank you for your continuing support.
We will continue to do everything we can, always with the goal of creating the best guest experience possible and to give you and our team peace of mind in this critical situation.
